YEMEN

One year on, Yemen’s healthcare system is in tatters. Nearly 300 hospitals and healthcare facilities have suffered damage in the war.

The devastation in Yemen rarely makes the mainstream news, yet the humanitarian situation is a lot worse because of the increased fighting in the country. Hundreds of people have been reported dead, thousands injured and many thousands have been displaced from their homes.

Yemen is one of the poorest countries in the Arab World, conflict, poverty, drought, soaring food prices and the collapsing state services have caused immense suffering for millions of people in the country.

Yemen is currently facing a severe water crisis. Families Relief is responding to this by delivering water tanks to villages across Yemen. Please help us reach more people and provide families with access to safe drinking water.

Families Relief mission is to deliver urgent aid and implement development projects for the poor and needy in Yemen.
